The stainless steel bearing inserts are several types which include: flat backed design with a grub screw fixings – SS-SB2.. series, flat back design with a collar SS-SA2.. series, SS-UC2.. standard insert series, SS-UCX.. heavy duty insert series. For non housed designs, we also keep the SS-RB2.. series of inserts with a parallel outer and grub screw locking.
This SUC211-32 stainless steel insert bearing is manufactured to C3 bearing precision standards and is made for a 2″ diameter shaft. Our stainless steel insert bearings are found in a broad range of food grade and corrosive applications . It features two 420-grade stainless steel 3/8-24 set screws for locking onto the shaft and is made from high-quality stainless steel grades. The rings and balls are made of 440C stainless, and the flinger and ball retainers are made of 302 stainless steel. This specific combination of stainless steels means that this bearing is food-grade and will have an optimal service life within the application. This SUC211-32 stainless steel bearing also features premium food-grade silicone rubber seals for keeping the lubricant in while keeping contaminants out.
