Testing & Quality Analysis
When quality issues arise, we respond quickly by analyzing photos or videos provided by customers to identify root causes. In addition, we offer comprehensive in-house testing capabilities, including:

• Metallographic analysis

• Dimensional inspection

• Noise and vibration testing

• Hardness testing

• Profile and roundness measurement

• Residual magnetism testing

For new product development, we can evaluate customer samples and provide optimized design solutions based on testing results. Our engineering services include service life calculation, finite element analysis (FEA), and other advanced methodologies to enhance equipment performance and productivity.

Warehouse & Pre-Shipment Services
CWL operates a warehouse of approximately 1,000 square meters. All products can be consolidated at our facility prior to shipment. Each batch undergoes inspection in our laboratory, followed by laser marking, customized packaging, and reinforced carton packing.

We also design and test all pallets to ensure structural integrity during transportation. Load testing is performed to guarantee that goods arrive safely and without damage.
