Cylindrical roller bearings

 

Cylindrical roller bearings are separable bearings that are easy to install and disassemble. Cylindrical roller bearings are divided into single-row, double-row and multi-row cylindrical roller bearings.

 

Single-row cylindrical roller bearings, according to the different ring flanges, can be divided into N-type with no flange in the outer ring and double flange in the inner ring, NU type with no flange in the inner ring and double flange in the outer ring, NJ type with double flange in the outer ring and single flange in the inner ring, NF type with double flange in the inner ring and single flange in the outer ring and single flange in the inner ring and flat {TodayHot} ring, etc.

 

Double-row cylindrical roller bearings, divided into cylindrical bore and conical bore structure, have the advantages of compact structure, strong rigidity, large bearing capacity, small deformation after load, etc., and are suitable for machine tool spindle support. NN type and NNU type bearings do not limit the relative axial displacement between the shaft and the housing, and are used for non-locating bearings.

 

FCD four-row cylindrical roller bearings, rings and rolling element assemblies can be easily separated, as well as bearings are easy to clean, inspect and disassemble, and are mostly used in heavy machinery such as cold and hot rolling mills.

 

Features of cylindrical roller bearings

1. The roller is in linear contact with the raceway, and the radial bearing capacity is large, which is suitable for bearing heavy loads and shock loads.

 

2. The friction coefficient is small, suitable for high speed, and the ultimate speed is close to that of deep groove ball bearings.

 

3. N type and NU type can move axially, which can adapt to the change of the relative position of the shaft and the shell caused by thermal expansion or installation error, and can be used as free end support. The inner or outer ring can be separated for easy installation and removal.

 

4. The processing requirements for the shaft and seat hole are high, and the relative deviation of the axis of the inner and outer rings should be strictly controlled after the bearing is installed, so as not to cause contact stress concentration.

 

5. Double row cylindrical roller bearings with 1:12 taper in the inner bore, the radial clearance can be adjusted, and the radial stiffness is high, which is suitable for the spindle of the machine tool.
