Four-row cylindrical roller bearings

Four-row cylindrical roller bearings are usually of the separate type, i.e. a tapered inner ring assembly consisting of an inner ring with rollers and cage assembly can be mounted separately from the tapered outer ring (outer ring).

Equipment used in automobile, rolling mills, mining, metallurgy, plastic machinery and other industries

Four-row cylindrical roller bearing is an industrial bearing, which is mainly used for radial load bearing of rolling mills, metallurgy, mining and automobile equipment. Its typical application scenarios include cold and hot rolling mills, blank openers and other rolling machinery, involving FC, FCD, FCDP series, 31/BC4B series, RYL series and other models.

Four-row cylindrical roller bearings mainly bear radial and axial combined loads. The bearing load capacity depends on the raceway angle of the outer ring, with the greater the angle, the greater the load capacity. This type of bearing is a separate type of bearing, which is divided into single-row, double-row and four-row tapered roller bearings according to the number of rows of rolling elements in the bearing. The clearance of single row tapered roller bearings needs to be adjusted by the user during installation; The clearance of double and four row tapered roller bearings is given according to the user's requirements at the time of delivery and does not need to be adjusted by the user.

Four-row cylindrical roller bearings have conical inner and outer ring raceways, with tapered rollers arranged in between. The projection lines on all conical surfaces converge at the same point on the bearing axis. This design makes tapered roller bearings particularly suitable for combined (radial and axial) loads. The axial load capacity of the bearing is mostly determined by the contact angle α; The greater the α angle, the higher the axial load capacity. The magnitude of the angle is expressed by the calculation coefficient e; The higher the e-value, the greater the contact angle, and the greater the suitability of the bearing to axial loads.
