Full complement cylindrical roller bearings
Full-complement cylindrical roller bearings have no cage to allow the maximum number of rollers possible, greatly increasing load capacity.
Full load cylindrical roller bearings are designed to withstand heavy loads. At the same width, this bearing has an extremely high load carrying capacity compared to conventional bearings with cages, with a small radial cross-section, which saves space but has a relatively low rotational speed. In order for the bearing to work properly, the bearing must bear a certain minimum load, i.e. C/P<25, in the case of continuous operation. Otherwise, wear will be exacerbated by insufficient lubrication and high-speed operation. All multi-row cylindrical roller bearings have a lubrication groove and lubrication hole in the outer ring.
