Several aspects that affect the service temperature of the bearing

 

After the bearing is pressed into the bearing, it should rotate flexibly without a sense of blockage. If there is a significant inflexibility in rotation, it means that the size of the shaft is too large and the tolerance needs to be lowered. If the thrust cylindrical roller bearing is pressed into the shaft and rotated by hand with an obvious "rustling" feeling, it may be that the tolerance of the shaft is too large or the roundness of the shaft is not good. Therefore, when controlling the tolerance of the shaft and bearing chamber, it is also necessary to control the roundness, at present, many domestic manufacturers only control the tolerance, but not the roundness.

Because the bearing is a high-precision product, if it is not properly assembled, it is easy to cause damage to the bearing groove and cause damage to the bearing. Thrust cylindrical roller bearings should have a special mold when assembling, can not be knocked at will, when pressing into the shaft can only be stressed in a small circle, and only a large circle can be stressed when pressing a large circle. The assembly requires the use of pneumatic or hydraulic, and the upper and lower dies should be outside the horizontal state when press-fitting, if there is an inclination, the bearing trench will be damaged due to the force, and the bearing will make a sound.

1. What should be done when the bearing temperature rises:

When the bearing temperature rises, first judge whether it is misoperation, if it does rise, the following treatment should be done:

(1). Check whether the oil level of the oil standard is normal, if it is abnormal, check whether the oil drain valve of the oil tank is closed. If it has been closed tightly, the oil should be replenished, and if the sealant gasket is leaking, it should be shut down.

(2). Take an oil sample to observe whether the oil color changes, and conduct laboratory tests to see if it has deteriorated. If deterioration is confirmed, the machine should be stopped and replaced with new oil.

(3). Check whether the bearing has abnormal sound, and detect whether the bearing swing is abnormal.

(4). The oil pressure of the governor should be checked, if the oil pressure is low, it may cause the cooling water hydraulic valve to close.

(5). Check whether the cooling water pressure, water flow and pipeline system are normal. If the water pressure is low, it may be that the filter is blocked, and when it cannot be treated in time, it can be stopped for treatment, and when it is confirmed that it can work, it can be put into use again.

2. First of all, let's take a look at the reasons for the increase in bearing temperature:

(1). It may be the deterioration of the oil quality of the bearing, the oil itself is not clean or the oil deteriorates during operation, such as the increase of moisture in the oil will cause the acidity of the oil to increase, which will reduce the lubrication effect of the oil, so that the bearing pad is corroded, resulting in the increase of bearing temperature.

(2). It may be caused by the interruption of the cooling water of the bearing.
