During this trip, we ventured into the heart of Bazhong City, Sichuan Province, and visited three extraordinary scenic spots—each offering a distinct slice of nature’s magic. From fiery autumn foliage to mysterious underground caves and crystal-clear mountain pools, every stop left us in awe of the region’s diverse landscapes :

Our journey began with the Red Leaves of Guangwu Mountain Scenic Area,which is renowned as one of China’s top destinations for autumn red leaves.As we hiked along the well-maintained trails , we were surrounded by a sea of vibrant colors—scarlet maples, golden birches, and deep crimson smoke trees stretching across 6,800 hectares. The mountain’s varying altitudes (700 to 2,508 meters) meant the foliage changed gradually, painting the slopes in a stunning gradient that seemed to shift with every step. Breathing in the fresh mountain air, we paused frequently to capture photos of the red leaves dancing in the breeze, truly immersing ourselves in this breathtaking autumn spectacle.

 

 

Next, we explored the Nuoshui River Karst Caves are a world-class karst landscape and a core part of the Guangwushan-Nuoshui River Global Geopark. Formed over millions of years by groundwater erosion, these caves boast magnificent stalactites, stalagmites, and underground rivers, presenting a magical underground wonderland.We took a boat ride through a narrow underground river, where the reflection of the rock formations on the calm water created a dreamlike scene.we were transported to a world of bizarre karst formations—stalactites hanging like icicles, stalagmites rising like pillars, and delicate "lotus-shaped" structures illuminated by colorful lights.

 

The Eighteen-Moon Lake Scenic Area is famous for its 18 pools and corresponding waterfalls. We followed the stream upstream, discovering 18 unique pools—each with clear, emerald-green water reflecting the surrounding red leaves. The Wedding Veil Waterfall was a standout: its 70-meter drop cascaded like a delicate veil, while the Five-Colored Pool (Wucai Pool) dazzled with its colorful stone bottom and lush surrounding greenery. Hiking along the granite riverbed, we listened to the sound of water rushing over rocks and admired how the red leaves blended with the blue sky and green pools, creating a scene straight out of a fairy tale.​

 

This journey wasn’t just about adventure—it was about forging deeper connections between colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration, and reminding ourselves that when we stand together, we can overcome any challenge. As we return to work with renewed energy and tighter bonds, we carry the spirit : resilience, harmony, and the courage to explore new heights.
