The Features of UCFL205 Two Bolt Oval Flange bearing Units
1.consisting of a ball bearing insert UC 205 and a cast iron housing FL 205
2.the design as a 2-hole flange bearing allows installation in a variety of applications, even with limited space at the installation site and is suitable for high radial loads
3.the housing is made of cast iron and therefore inexpensive and robust
4.the bearing insert has an extended inner ring with grub screws
5.The flange bearing is mounted on the shaft using two grub screws
6.smooth running and good behavior with tilting due to the extended inner ring
7.static misalignments can be compensated up to an angle of 2°
8.two-piece sealing system: with sheet steel washer reinforced rubber seal inside; outside additionally with upstream slinger made of sheet steel for high mechanical protection against foreign matter
9.lubricated for life; under normal operating conditions relubrication is not required
