1. The forklift mast roller bearing is the most critical rotating component in the forklift mast system, which carries a large load and undertakes the support control of the mast to achieve forward and backward tilting. There are a variety of internal structure forms according to the size of the load to meet different load requirements. According to different installation methods and different stress methods of the outer diameter surface, the outer diameter surface of the bearing also adopts a variety of different design forms.

 

2. The lateral roller bearing of the forklift mast is another key bearing in the forklift mast, which supports the left and right lateral swing of the forklift mast. This kind of bearing is limited by the installation space, the external size is relatively small, and most of them adopt double-row ball and needle roller structure; In the shape design, the simplified structure scheme of the plus shaft type is mostly adopted.

 

3. The forklift mast sprocket bearing is one of the important bearings in the forklift mast system, which is the bearing used to realize the lifting of the mast (forklift) through the jacking of the cylinder and the chain drive, which carries a large radial load and is the bearing with the largest single load in the mast system. Sprocket bearings have a variety of internal structural forms according to the tonnage of the forklift and the size of the load carried by the bearing to meet different load requirements.

 

4. Combined roller bearings, also known as composite bearings or cross guide bearings, can be stressed and moved at the same time in two planes perpendicular to each other. The characteristics of the combined roller bearing are that it has a compact structure, occupies a small space, has a large load capacity. At present, the application of combined roller bearings has broken through the field of forklifts, and has also been widely used in other occasions that need to realize cross-cross two-way force.
